Shuttle Service

Doggie pick-up and/or drop-off is available!

Shuttle Fee:

$1.55/mile + $10

($60 minimum shuttle charge)

The shuttle mileage is counted one way per shuttle from the shuttle destination point to Dogwood Ranch Pet Resort. All clients using the shuttle service MUST also have an online boarding reservation. Dogwood cannot accept any dogs without an online boarding reservation.

Example

If you are 35 miles away from Dogwood Ranch, the total for an "In-Home" pick-up would be:

(35 miles x $1.55) + $10 = $64.25

Availability

Pick-up and drop-off arrival time frames for shuttles cannot be confirmed until the week of. Shuttles are done outside of peak traffic hours. We have shuttles running Monday-Friday. We typically do not have shuttles running on weekends.

Pick-up and drop-off shuttles are charged separately. (Add $30 to the total mileage fee for airport pick-up or drop-off.)

Shuttles will be coordinated based on shuttle availability. Shuttles are not set until confirmed in writing and coordinated with a shuttler. All clients using the shuttle service MUST also have an online boarding reservation. Dogwood cannot accept any dogs without an online boarding reservation.
